Staten Island Medical and Behavioral PC operates as a 100 percent telehealth psychiatric practice. All clinical services are provided remotely through secure telehealth platforms.
Telehealth sessions are conducted using secure video technology such as
Doxy.me or other HIPAA compliant communication tools.
Patients are responsible for ensuring they have:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments missed without proper notice may incur a 75 dollar no show or late cancellation fee.
Repeated missed appointments may result in closure of the patient chart in accordance with practice policy.
Patients are responsible for all copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and balances not covered by insurance.
Payment may be required prior to the scheduled appointment.
Balances not paid within three days of the invoice due date may incur a late fee of one dollar per day until the balance is paid in full.
SIMBPC may submit insurance claims as a courtesy; however, insurance verification does not guarantee payment. Patients remain responsible for any unpaid balance.
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Staten Island Medical and Behavioral PC regarding:
